Daniela Krinshpun is a lending, real estate and corporate attorney with years of experience at prominent multi-national law firms in New York City and New Jersey.
Daniela started her career in the bank finance practice at White & Case LLP before joining the real estate group at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where she worked for over a decade.
Daniela focuses her practice on financing matters, real estate transactions and business law. She represents both borrowers and lenders in real estate acquisition financings, construction loans, middle market and asset-based loans and refinancings. She counsels buyers and sellers in real estate purchases and sales and landlords and tenants in lease negotiations. She also advises clients in connection with company formation, including drafting and negotiating operating agreements and joint ventures. She acts as “outside in-house counsel” to clients, assisting in the review of commercial contracts and ongoing business operations and issues.
